Class Schedules

There are many different times and days to choose from. The pilates classes are divided into Beginners (B), Intermediate (I) and Advanced (A). There are also a couple of mixed Intermediate and Advanced classes (I/A).

This term begins from Monday 19 April. Right now our class times are as follows, however times may change and more classes may be added for during the term. If the times do not suit you please let us know anyway; we often have people waiting to make up the numbers for alternate times; Either call us or register your interest via email. Cheers
