Real Time Ultra-Sound

When you have low back pain, the important core muscle transversus abdominis has a delayed reaction and does not support your spine. This muscle can only be visualised by Real Time Ultra-sound. The return to normal activity of this muscle is not automatic after the resolution of low back pain.

There is a complex relationship between the pelvic floor muscles, low back muscles, low back pain and breathing. The whole body is a pressure system, like a can of fizzy drink. Breach the wall of the can and pressure is released - the can then is easily crushed. Next time you open a can you can hear the release of pressure.

This is what happens in your body; do you have weak core muscles? Urinary incontinence? A constant cough? Then you are releasing pressure which reduces support for your spine.
